Group Sales Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is a Group?
10, 15, 20 or more (depending on the event) friends and neighbors, business associates, members of a church, bowling league, alumni group, condo residents, teachers, firefighters, police officers, doctors, nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, sales teams, drinking buddies, classmates, soul mates, joggers, Vegans, Trekkies, or just 10 - 20 or more people who get together and want to see really good entertainment.

Group Savings?
By bringing together a group of your co-workers or friends (or any of the above!) your group will receive special discounts and the best available seating to most of our family and sporting events, including the Harlem Globetrotters, Sesame Street Live, Disney on Ice and many, many more.

Advance Notice?
Your group will receive information on shows in before they are announced to the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats before they go on sale to the public.

How to Book Your Group?
Simply give the Group Sales Department a call for dates, times and prices of the event your group is interested in and our staff will personally help you plan a group outing, provide the best available seating , help you get the appropriate seats for your group, and save you money. By buying group tickets, you do not have to pay per ticket service charges.

Personal Service?
Our Group Sales staff has vast experience working with groups like yours and they'll personally see to it that your visit to the Rose Garden Arena or the Memorial Collusium is the best that it can be.

Additional Amenities?
There may be an exclusive group clinic, meet & greet oppurtunities with a character from the show or an opportunity to purchase advanced concert tickets as an exclusive package.

When Should We Arrive for the Show/Event?
Generally, doors open one hour prior to the event, so you can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive group only pre-show event, you will be notified as to the appropriate arrival time.

What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets?
Order deadlines vary by show, so please ask for details. Usually the order deadline is approximatly 48-72 hours prior to the event.

How Do We Pay for Our Group Ticket Order?
Simply call, e-mail or fax in your order to the Group Sales Department. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the event you are attending and must be received no later than two (2) weeks before show date to be accepted. Any cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance.

What is Your Policy on Refunds, Exchanges, or Lost Tickets?
We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, a full refund is awarded.

What Age Does a Child Need to be to be Admitted Free?
Usually, children under 24 months old are admitted free and can sit on an adult's lap. At Sesame Street Live and Dragon Tales Live, children under 12 months old are admitted free and can sit on an adult's lap.
