Updated April 3, 8:27 A.M. PST

We are a fan first organization. Your support of all events at the Rose Quarter is greatly appreciated. The NBA has postponed games until further notice and the rescheduled date for the remaining games is currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once that is determined.

Thank you for your patience and continued support as we navigate this evolving situation.

Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued a detailed “Stay Home” order on Monday, March 23. Please read these FAQ’s from the Oregon State Police for information on what you can and cannot do during this time.

FAQ

Are events being canceled?

Yes. All Portland Trail Blazers games have been postponed by the NBA until further notice. We will communicate news about how this impacts the NBA schedule once we have it. Additionally, the state of Oregon has issued a detailed “stay home” order, banning any social or recreational gatherings outside the home of any size in which people do not remain at least six feet apart. All events at Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum are postponed at this time. Please see full list of events affected on this page. This will continue to be updated in real time as we gather information.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

The NBA has postponed games until further notice and the rescheduled date for the remaining games is currently pending. Tickets held for any postponed game will be valid for the rescheduled date, once that is determined. For information about Rose Quarter events, please see Ticketmaster’s blog regarding cancellation and rescheduling of live events.

Is the Box Office open?

Effective Monday, March 23, 2020, the Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter Box Offices will be closed until further notice following Oregon’s guidance to cease non-essential business operations. Tickets remain available to purchase for future events at rosequarter.com. For assistance with managing existing tickets, please email rq.boxoffice@rosequarter.com, call 844-RIPCITY (Trail Blazers inquiries) or 503-797-9619 (Moda Center/VMC inquiries).

Is my concert/event impacted?

Concerts and events scheduled during the state’s “stay home” order will be impacted. To stay up to date on events affected, please see list on this page. This will continue to be updated in real time as we gather information.

If I came to an event recently, am I safe?

At this time, there are no known cases of COVID-19 among our staff, fans that attended games or events, players or coaches. We support the state’s “stay home” order as a means to stopping the spread of the virus.

Resource Center & Relief Fund

In this unprecedented time, the Trail Blazers organization, foundation and players have banded together to establish a COVID-19 emergency relief fund, as well as a virtual Resource Center to connect community members to helpful resources in the greater Portland Area, across Oregon, and even virtually. We invite you to search below, send us additional resources to share, and support efforts to help members of our community who need us most. We are all in this together – after all, we are all part of Rip City.
