First Aid services are available during all events. Two First Aid stations are located in the Moda Center on the 100 Level, across from Entry A-9, and on the 300 Level, across from entry C-11. In the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the First Aid station is located at entry OO.
Guest Information Booths are located on the 100 Level at the Moda Center’s North entrance near Entry A-7, and South entrance near Entry A-24. The Veterans Memorial Coliseum Guest Information Booth is located at Entry CC. The Guest Services staff will assist you with questions, wheelchair escorts, Assisted Listening Devices and Lost and Found inquiries during events. Calendars for upcoming events, franchise schedules, general information regarding Portland are also available.
If you are in a wheelchair on any level other than the event or 100 level you will be held at the top of our stairwells in our staging area until professionals retrieve you. Trained employees will assist with the evacuation of disabled persons in the event of an emergency.
The Rose Quarter campus has four parking garages each with ADA accessible parking on most levels. When purchasing your event tickets at the Rose Quarter Box Office, ask about pre-paid parking. Convenient drop-off and pick-up areas for guests, taxis and limousines are located along Wheeler Ave and Multnomah Street. Our dedicated ADA entrance, is located on P3 in the Garden Garage on the north end of the Moda Center.
All restrooms in both the Moda Center and the Veterans Memorial Coliseum are accessible to our guests with disabilities. In the Moda Center, red walls mark the women’s restrooms and men’s restrooms have black walls. All User Restrooms at Moda Center are located at A22 and C14.
Moda Center and Veterans Memorial Coliseum are Sensory Inclusive Venues. Our team members have completed training with KultureCity to better assist guests who are on the Autism spectrum or have sensory needs. We offer sensory bags including noise-cancelling headphones, fidget toys, and feeling thermometers at our Guest Services Information Booths. Sensory Bags can be checked out by request with either an ID or credit card. Locations for these sensory bags are A7 and A24 on the 100-Level main concourse inside North Entry & South Entry at Moda Center and our our Guest Services desk near entry CC in the VMC.
Additionally, a Sensory Room is available at Moda Center for fans who may need a quiet space. Fans can check with Guest Services at A7 to use this room.

Trained guide dogs and service animals assisting guests are welcome at the Rose Quarter. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times.
Guests must request a sign language interpreter (ASL) in writing no later than 2 weeks prior to the event, in order to allow time to retain a qualified signer and to allow for preparation time. Provision of a signer is subject to the availability of personnel and the ability to obtain necessary information from the event to prepare for sign interpretation of event content. The placement of the sign interpreter varies from event to event and is subject to seating configuration, stage placement and sightlines for effective sign language communication. Additional Companion seats may be purchased subject to availability.

All tickets, including those for guests with disabilities, may be purchased online at rosequarter.com. The Box Office will be open 90 minutes prior to events for ticket resolution only. Wheelchair accessible seating is available in all levels at the Moda Center and on the main level of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Up to 3 Companion Seats may be purchased with each disabled seat purchased. Limited mobility seats are also available for purchase. Please identify your need at the time of ticket purchase.
At the event, ADA accessible seating is accommodated based on availability. See below for an example of an ADA accessible ticket. Accessible seats are indicated with a “WC” (wheelchair) next to the section number.

Complimentary wheelchair escorts can be arranged by calling our Guest Experience Department or stopping by a Guest Information Booth during the event. For an escort during an event at Moda Center, please call 503-797-9750; for events at Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum, please call (503)-797-9650. Our Guest Experience Attendants can escort you to your seat from anywhere on the Rose Quarter campus. After the event, our attendants can escort you back to your vehicle or pick-up location on the campus. Please note, both Information Booth phone lines will only be answered thirty minutes before DOORS open on event days.
