The following acts shall be grounds for denial of ticket sales, eviction from or non-admittance to the Rose Quarter grounds without a refund:

Lost & Found
If you lose something during an event, stop by one of our information booths and fill out a Lost & Found form. Make sure to stop by after the event and double check if your item has been turned in. Lost and Found items may be picked up from the Facility Security department, Monday through Friday 9a to 4p. For all Lost and Found inquires, please call 503.963.3884.
Lost Child Information
It is always suggested that each member of your party carry their own ticket. If a child has their ticket in a pocket, it helps in reuniting them more quickly. Quite often, adults can be separated from their party just as easily as children, so it is best for everyone to carry their own ticket. Lost children/parents should be escorted to a Guest Information Booth where search procedures can be arranged. The Lost Child program is available to all guests attending an event. Guests are asked to register their child at one of the information booths. The child will receive a wristband with information a Guest Attendant will use to reunite the child/parent should the child become separated from your party. For your safety, the bracelet does not include the child’s or parent’s name.
Our Parent Rooms are a private, welcoming, and comfortable space for parents to escape and care for their small children. The rooms are located at entry A7 in Moda Center behind the Guest Services desk and has amenities for nursing mothers as well as changing tables and sanitary supplies. Our Parent Room at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum can be located by asking any Guest Attendant for directions.
If you or someone in your party need specific accommodation, please email email@example.com to discuss the need with our Guest Experience staff in advance of your arrival. You can also visit one of the Guest Experience Information Booths located near the North entrance at Entry A-7, or South entrance at Entry A-24.
Paging a Guest

If we do not have all of the ticket information (i.e., row and seat information only), we will not be able to locate you. We recommend carrying a cell phone with you if you have one available.
