Proof Of Vaccination Required

The Trail Blazers and Rose Quarter are requiring all guests ages 12 and up attending any event at the Rose Quarter, including Winterhawks games, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or provide proof of either a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the event or a negative lab-based rapid test within 48 hours of the event.

The Following Are Acceptable As Proof Of Vaccination

    • A CDC-issued vaccination card including the name of the person vaccinated, the type of vaccination provided and the date that the last dose was administered. 
    • A digital or printed photo of a CDC-issued vaccination card. 

The Following Are Acceptable As Proof Of A Negative COVID-19 Or Lab-Based Rapid Test

    • Digital or printed photo of negative COVID-19 PCR test that includes name of ticketed fan.
    • Digital or printed photo of negative rapid test result with date/time stamp and name of ticketed fan.
    • Children under the age of 12 do not require proof of a negative test for entry.

Vaccination Policy FAQs

The vaccination requirement will begin on September 1 for all events.

The vaccination requirement will be in place until further notice – any updates to the policy will be widely communicated.

Individuals with exemptions from the vaccine requirement must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the event or a negative lab-based rapid test with 48 hours of the event. There are no exemptions to the testing requirement.

You must have received your last dose of the vaccine at least 14 days prior to the event.

 

What You Can Expect

Mask Policy

In accordance with the county and state mask mandate, masks are required on the Rose Quarter campus at all times, including in parking garages and inside the arenas.

Cash-Free Campus

The Rose Quarter will now be a cash-free campus. This will allow for reduced contact, a frictionless customer experience and shorter wait times.

Q: What if I lose my card?

A: If you have your receipt, you can call the number printed on it and a customer service representative from the card company will be able to help you. If you do not have your receipt, unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do. 

Q: Is the entire arena cash-free?

A: Yes.

Q: What forms of payment will be accepted?

A: We will now only accept credit, debit, prepaid cards and Apple Pay.

Q: What if I only have cash on me?

A: Multiple cash-to-card kiosks will be placed around the arena for guests to convert cash to a prepaid debit card for no fee. These cards can be used anywhere inside or outside the arena.

Q: Is there a limit to how much cash can be loaded to a card?

A:  A card can be loaded with any variable from $1 to $500 and cannot be reloaded.

Q: How can I check how much money I have left on my card?

A: You can check your card balance by dialing the number printed on the back of the card.

Smoke-Free Campus

The Rose Quarter is now a smoke-free campus. There will no longer be an outdoor smoking section anywhere on campus.

No Bags

No Bag Policy

Bags will no longer be allowed in the arena to limit contact and wait times. Exclusions will apply for medical needs, children’s bags and clutches.

    • Any medical bags, children’s bags and clutches no larger than 5×8″ must go through x-ray machines at specific ADA entrances.
    • A contactless bag check will be open on the Rose Quarter commons, with price varying by event.
Cleaning

WELL Certification And Cleaning Protocols

The Rose Quarter is now a  WELL Certified campus, an evidence-based, third-party verified rating for all new and existing buildings and spaces focusing on operational policies, maintenance protocols, stakeholder engagement and emergency plans to address a post COVID-19 environment now and into the future. The rating system is based on guidance from the World Health Organization, CDC and leading academic and research institutions. 

Spaces will be cleaned with electrostatic sprayers between events with CDC-compliant cleaning products.  

Moda Center

Arena Improvements

    • Prioritized the reduction of cross-contamination opportunities by restricting required touch and contact points for guests and staff.
    • Installed all touch-free features in our restrooms.
    • Added over 100 hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the arena.
    • Added HEPA filters throughout the arena.
    • Equipped doors with magnets for touchless movement through campus.
    • Improved hospital-grade HVAC filters.
    • Installed plexiglass in food and beverage queuing areas, guest information booths and merchandise locations.
Mobile Ticketing

Mobile Tickets Only

All tickets will be digital and there will be a contactless ticket scanning system upon arrival to the arena.

Tickets will have a rotating bar code and cannot be screenshotted.

Because there is an option to provide a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the event, we are not offering refunds.
